How photos, accounts and payment records are handled.
Photos and generation
Before sign-in, your selected photo stays in this browser. A saved sign-in draft expires after 30 minutes and is removed when the browser next reads drafts. After sign-in, the photo is validated and uploaded to Kie to process your video. Kie operates its own temporary-file storage.
Accounts and payments
We store account, order and generation records to provide your videos and support. Stripe processes payment details; we store transaction references rather than card numbers. Generation records contain provider file references.
Storage and requests
Generated videos are stored in private storage and accessed through protected download links. Download completed videos promptly. Contact support to request deletion of your photos, video files or account data; order records may need to be retained for accounting.
Analytics and session recordings
With your consent, we use Google Analytics cookies (_ga) to distinguish browsers and sessions, and Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck and _clsk) for heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity captures page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with sensitive content and photo previews masked. Analytics is withheld on private account and result pages and for recognized admin or excluded test browsers. You can accept, reject or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer.
